Jake Knapp

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ#39·UPDATED May 28, 2026

Jake Knapp is an American professional on the PGA Tour who broke through with his maiden win at the 2024 Mexico Open at Vidanta, a result that locked in full status after years grinding through the Korn Ferry Tour and mini-tour circuits. He followed that with a 59 in the opening round of the 2025 Cognizant Classic, the 14th sub-60 round in PGA Tour history. The current bag leans heavily Texas, with a TaylorMade Qi35 up top on a Fujikura Ventus TR Black 7 X and a PXG iron set split between 0311 Gen4 X at the 4 and 0317 ST blades from 5 through pitching wedge, all built on KBS Tour C-Taper 130 X. The 2024 setup ran a PING G425 LST alongside a TaylorMade BRNR Mini, so the driver arc moves PING to TaylorMade across the two snapshots. The Pro V1 Left Dot has not moved.

Bag History

2 snapshots tracked, 2024-2025

Across the two snapshots, the driver brand shifts from PING G425 LST in early 2024 to TaylorMade Qi35 in 2025, with the BRNR Mini that rode shotgun in the 2024 bag no longer present. The iron setup stays in the PXG family but reshuffles, with the 0211 ST and Srixon Z U85 utility giving way to a 0311 Gen4 X long iron and 0317 ST blades. The putter moves from a TaylorMade Spider Tour Double Bend to a Scotty Cameron Phantom 9.2 Tour Prototype. The Titleist Pro V1 Left Dot is the lone constant.
