Quick Answer
Dustin Johnson plays a TaylorMade Qi35 driver, TaylorMade P730 DJ Proto irons, Cleveland RTZ Tour Rack wedges, a L.A.B. Golf OZ.1 putter, and the TaylorMade TP5x ball, as recorded in the May 2025 bag snapshot. The driver is built with a Fujikura Ventus Black VeloCore+ 6 X shaft.
This is Dustin Johnson's bag. Not to be confused with Michael Johnson and Zach Johnson, tracked separately.
Dustin Johnson turned professional in 2007 and built a career on two major championships, the 2016 U.S. Open at Oakmont and the 2020 Masters, alongside 24 PGA Tour wins and the 2020 FedEx Cup. He held the world number one position for long stretches before joining LIV Golf in 2022, where he captains 4Aces GC and won the league's first individual season title. The L.A.B. Golf OZ.1 in the current bag is the only piece of equipment across ten snapshots that does not carry a TaylorMade stamp. Everything else holds the line. TP5x has been the ball in every snapshot on record, and the P730 DJ Proto irons have been in play since at least 2018, with a P790 set logged alongside them in the 2019 data. The driver moves on the company's release cycle rather than away from it: M1, M4, M5, SIM, Stealth Plus, Qi10, and now a Qi35 at 10.5 degrees turned up to 12.5.

Bag History
10 snapshots tracked, 2017-2025
Across ten snapshots dating back to 2017, the bag reads TaylorMade from driver to ball with one exception at the end. The irons settled early, with DJ Proto blades logged in 2018 and the P730 DJ Proto designation holding in every snapshot since, and the TP5x ball is the only model present in all ten. Putters stayed in house for nine straight looks, from the TP Collection Juno in 2017 through Spider Tour Black, Spider Limited Itsy Bitsy, Spider GT Splitback, Spider GT, and the Spider Tour T3.0 in 2024, before the L.A.B. Golf OZ.1 shows up in the 2025 data. The driver line follows TaylorMade's own progression, M1 to M4 to M5 to SIM to Stealth Plus to Qi10 to Qi35, with no competing brand appearing at any point.
