B. Draddy is the upscale lifestyle apparel line within Summit Golf Brands, founded in 2013 by Billy Draddy as the Creative Director’s namesake project alongside Fairway & Greene and Zero Restriction. Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, the brand sits in the preppy Northeastern lane that Vineyard Vines, Peter Millar, and Holderness & Bourne all compete for. The reference points are explicit: the heritage page on the brand’s site features images of Kennedy, Nicholson, and Hunter S. Thompson at play. The “B” in B. Draddy stands for Brothers, and the product names across the line are pulled from members of the Draddy family. Billy Draddy spent the 2000s as an executive at Hickey Freeman and then at Polo Ralph Lauren before taking the Creative Director role at Summit in 2011. That résumé shows up in the product. B. Draddy uses Peruvian Pima cotton (which is grown primarily in Peru and known for softness and durability), Italian merino wool, and Scottish cashmere. Construction details lean traditional: horn buttons replace zippers on pullovers, polos use self-collars made from the same fabric as the body, and tails are split with extra length so a shirt works tucked or untucked. The Tommy Polo, the Ian Pullover, and the Richard Boxer are signature pieces. Pricing sits at $120 for short-sleeve polos, around $100 for shorts, and $300 to $600 for cashmere and alpaca outerwear. The brand’s distribution is heavily weighted toward private clubs and corporate gifting, with a meaningful pro-shop business and a growing direct-to-consumer presence.
