Quick Answer
Jason Dufner plays a Cobra OPTM X driver, Cobra 3DP Tour irons, Cobra Snakebite wedges, a L.A.B. Golf DF2.1 putter, and the Titleist Pro V1 ball, as recorded in the April 2026 bag snapshot. The driver is built with an Ovvio Green 5 X Prototype shaft.
Jason Dufner won the 2013 PGA Championship at Oak Hill, closing out a major two years after finishing runner-up in the same event at Atlanta Athletic Club. He owns five PGA Tour wins and played on the 2012 United States Ryder Cup team. An Auburn product, he built his career on flat, repeatable ball striking rather than raw length. The driver is a Cobra OPTM X at 9 degrees with an Ovvio Green 5 X Prototype shaft, a small batch build that does not turn up in many bags. Irons are Cobra 3DP Tour, 5 through PW, on Project X, which puts Cobra in both the tee shot and the approach end of the setup. The putter departs from that entirely. A L.A.B. Golf DF2.1 on an Accra shaft, lie angle balanced and nothing like the rest of the build in shape or feel. Ball is a Titleist Pro V1. Cobra is the only driver brand on record here.

Bag History
1 snapshot tracked, 2026
The 2026-04-22 setup is the only snapshot in the database for Dufner, so there is no change history to read against it. What stands out is the split: Cobra through the driver and irons, then a L.A.B. DF2.1 putter and a Titleist ball. The Ovvio Green 5 X Prototype in the driver is the outlier component, a prototype shaft rather than a stock offering. Future snapshots will show whether that pairing holds.
