Foresight Sports produces some of the most advanced and accurate launch monitors and golf simulator technology available, using high-speed cameras and infrared tracking to capture ball and club data with exceptional precision. Founded in 2010 and based in San Diego, California, Foresight became a subsidiary of Vista Outdoor in 2020, providing the brand with additional resources and distribution reach. The company's flagship systems, including the GCQuad and GC3, are widely used by club fitters, tour professionals, equipment manufacturers, and elite coaches who require the highest level of data accuracy. Foresight's camera-based approach captures images of the ball and clubface at impact, measuring parameters like spin axis, clubface angle, dynamic loft, and impact location with granular detail. This technology has become essential in modern club fitting, where even small changes in spin or launch angle can significantly affect performance. Foresight's systems are also the backbone of many indoor golf simulators, powering experiences at commercial facilities, private clubs, and high-end home installations. The brand's software integrates with simulation platforms, allowing users to play virtual rounds on famous courses with realistic ball flight and terrain interaction. Foresight competes directly with Trackman and FlightScope in the professional and fitting markets, with each brand offering distinct advantages based on technology and application. Foresight's camera-based systems excel in indoor environments and provide detailed club data that radar systems may not capture as precisely. The brand's reputation for accuracy and reliability has made it a standard in the fitting industry, where precise data drives equipment decisions worth thousands of dollars. As golf becomes increasingly focused on optimization and personalization, Foresight Sports has positioned itself as an indispensable tool for players and professionals seeking measurable improvement.
